Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 7 working days. Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 working days after receiving your order. Once your parcel is returned to us, we will arrange either:
a refund, or
an exchange for another piece of your preference.
To initiate a return, please contact info@gielfi.com with your order details.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

At GIELFI, we embrace slow fashion. We don’t hold large stock — many of our pieces are handcrafted individually for each customer. This approach reduces waste, ensures the highest quality, and honors our commitment to sustainability and conscious production.

However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for store credit or an exchange. Please review the details below.
Returns
All returns must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gielfi.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Once you’ve received your RMA, place your item securely in its original packaging, include the return form provided, and ship it to the address we’ll confirm via email.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your store credit or exchange within 5 working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@gielfi.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Avoid excess water and allow your piece to air dry naturally.
Never use harsh chemicals or cleaning products, as they can damage the material.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Clothing Care
Our garments are crafted from premium materials — from regenerated genuine leather to soft natural fabrics — made to be cherished and worn with care.
Avoid machine washing or drying. Gently wipe leather garments with a soft cloth or use a professional leather cleaner when needed.
For fabric pieces, follow the care label instructions carefully.
Hang your pieces to retain their natural shape, and store them in breathable garment bags.
Keep them away from moisture and direct heat to preserve their texture and colour.
