RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn and unused
• All tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Returns sent after the approved return period may be rejected.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Worn, damaged or altered items
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as GIELFI is not responsible for lost return parcels.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
